Step 4: The Contract Process

The contract process may seem a little overwhelming to buyers, especially those who are buying a home for the first time. The House Buying Contracts

There is no binding contract to sign when we meet with clients. Cash Now starts off with a handshake and a commitment to take care of our buyers. It is only when we find a home that a contract is written to confirm the transaction. We will also take care of any addendums that have to be sent in order to meet lender guidelines. Our team is well versed in preparing those contracts as we continually aim to simplify the process for our buyers.

The next step involves meeting with the lender to fill out the formal application process. At that time, the buyer will need to provide the lender with the necessary paperwork which includes
tax returns, bank statements and other forms of information. From there, the lender will submit the application to the specified program the buyer has already prequalified for.

 

Closing On Your Home Purchase

Once a home goes through the inspection and appraisal process, which is carried out by the lender, it is time for closing. The process leading up to closing could take as much as 40 days. All of our closings are done by York county or Adams county attorneys. There is a large staff of attorneys we work with on a regular basis. By the time closing arrives, we will have throughly explained the process to make it simple and stress-free for our buyers.
